| The reason for the colors is a new study by the U of Madison Wisconsin discovered that horses see yellows and blues dominantly. This will help in attracting the animal to the new product, because they will investigate it. Especially if you rub it on them a little before you mount it. Itchin’ Posts are available to order in any quantity but our most popular are pre-packed for you in 1′s, 3′s, 5′s and 11′s. |

Why would I need 11?
Because that will give you five or six to mount on a post in the pasture, you can put one or two in each stall, and use a couple to temporarily cover up an unsafe surface. What you want to do is mount this on a post in the pasture (stall or barn) with two feet into the ground with concrete so it’s sturdy enough for your animals to put their weight against. Wrap these around from top to bottom so the animal can scratch their head, neck, shoulders, hind quarters, legs – even that spot at the end of the tail that’s hard to get to, it WON’T rip out the tail hair. Itchin’ Post pads can be arranged in a variety of ways on just about any sturdy surface including pens, feeding troughs, fences, and walls. Pads can be mounted flat or wrapped around corners and posts as well.
Itchin’ Post – a higher level of enrichment for
people who love their animals.
